  • 1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1 c. cubed, unpeeled tart red apples
  • 1 c. cubed, unpeeled tart green apples
  • 8 ounce carton lowfat lemon yogurt
  • 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 1 T grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1/4 c. toasted pecans

Directions

  1. Put together fruits in medium bowl. Put together sauce ingredients except pecans; mix well. Mix with fruit. Serve in small fruit dishes or possibly sherbet glasses. Sprinkle with pecans. Serves 6-8.
