  • Waffle Feast
  • 2/3 cup dry powder milk
  • 1/4 cup unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cup pure water wait 5 minutes
  • TB 2 cocoa
  • Equivalent to 3/4 cup sugar
  • additional water 2 cups
  • Boiling
  • Vanilla extract
  • 10" pie plate
  • Butter flavor nonstick cooking spray
  • coconut flour cookie crumbs: see bottom of recipe
  • Waffle syrup no sugar (25 Cal 1/4 cup)
  • Cool Whip
  • Coconut Flour Cookie Crumbs"
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • sugar equivalent of 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. For cookie crumbs:
  2. Spray skillet of baking tin with nonstick cooking spray
  3. Pan brown 5 minutes or Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees
  4. For Gelatin Dish:
  5. Take 1/2 cups of the 4 cups of water still cold and dissolve the4 gelatin that is plain unflavored gelatin
  6. Add the cocoa and sweetening
  7. Stir
  8. Add the Boiling water and vanilla extract
  9. Spray pie plate with butter flavor non-stick cooking spray
  10. Pour in the gelatin mixture.
  11. Chill until firmly set.
  12. Just before serving, add cool whip, cookie crumbs and waffle syrup to each plate.
