Directions

  1. Combine turkey, onion, liquid removed spinach, egg whites, garlic pwdr, salt, pepper. Mix well and form into small balls. Place in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, mix with a fork to break cranberry sauce. Pour over turkey balls. Cover tightly and cook over low heat 45 min. Good with rice. Serves 6.
