Directions

  1. Mix together sugar, Large eggs, fruit cocktail, baking soda, flour and spices.
  2. Pour into 13"x9" cake pan.
  3. Mix nuts and brown sugar together and sprinkle on top of cake batter.
  4. Bake at 325* for 40 min.
  5. Once the cake is baked and cooled you can top it with your favorite icing or possibly for a special surprise use the BROWN SUGAR SAUCE.
  6. Brown Sugar Sauce:Mix ingredients for sauce in pan, bring to a boil.
  7. Pour over cake while still warm.
