  • 3 medium-sized potatoes (sliced)
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • 2 medium-sized onions (sliced)
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Add the ground beef to a pan. Season it with salt and pepper, then sauté until brown.
  2. Slice the potatoes and onions thinly. In a baking dish, alternate individual layers of meat, potatoes, and onions.
  3. Take the mushroom soup and pour it over the top.
  4. Bake the casserole at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Variations
  6. You may want to add a layer of your favorite vegetable or cheese. This will make the dish uniquely yours.

    This was a quick and great receipe...I used minced onions instead of the real deal and I also added one can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of Cheese soup and then I sprinkled Cheddar Cheese on top- It was a great meal and my 19month daughter loved it.
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
