Directions

  1. Hull and rinse strawberries, dry on paper towels, sliced
  2. Shred both cabbages and place in a mixing bowl
  3. In a small sauce pan on medium low heat add canola oil, strawberry jam, honey, vinegar and stir well to combine, cook just a few minutes and remove from heat, allow to cool
  4. Add dressing (Once cooled) and toss salad, add sliced strawberries and toss again gently, S & P to taste, if desired
  5. Plate and serve
