  • 1 teaspoon sugar (or possibly no sugar, or possibly more sugar)

Directions

  1. You'll need: a blender - get out blender and put in half of banana, strawberries, ice cube, and lowfat milk. Also optional sugar. Blend for a couple min till smooth. Enjoy!
