  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil or possibly vegetable oil
  • 2 x Loin chops, boneless, sliced across grain
  • 8 ounce Fresh carrots, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1 x Onion, cut into narrow wedges

Directions

  1. In a large deep skillet, over high heat, heat oil till nearly smoking.

Add in 1/3 c. water to pan and scrape loose drippings from bottom. Add in fish sauce and stir well till everything is completely coated. Serve over warm noodles or possibly rice.
  3. Note: If serving with noodles, prepare noodles before starting stir fry.
