Spiced Apple Cake Mix Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1Â 1/2 c. sugar
- 1Â 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp powdered vanilla
- 1Â 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. golden brown raisins
Directions
- Combine and blend ingredients in a medium bowl. Store in an airtight container.

- 1 package Spiced Apple Cake Mix1 1/2 c. vegetable oil3 large eggs3 c. minced apples
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F & grease a tube or possibly Bundt pan. Place the Spiced Apple Cake Mix into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center of the Mix; add in the oil, Large eggs, and apples. Stir till mix is smooth. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour & 10 min, or possibly till a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cold; remove from the cake pan.
