  • 2 tsp Minced fresh or possibly 1/2 ts Dry marjoram leaves
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced (about 1 c.)
  • 1 cl Garlic, crushed
  • 1 can (16 ounces) whole Tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce Meatballs
  • 4 c. Warm cooked spaghetti

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except Meatballs and spaghetti in 3-qt saucepan; break up tomatoes. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 min, stirring occasionally.Prepare Meatballs; drain. Stir meatballs into tomato mix. Cover and simmer 30 min longer, stirring occasiona Serve over spaghetti and, if you like, with Parmesan cheese.
