  1. Use a good, powerful mixing bowl. Cream margarine and sugar together. Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Alternate dry ingredients with lowfat sour cream. Add in chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake in ungreased tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour, 10 min. Let cold briefly, place on plate or possibly in plastic container.
  2. This is an incredibly simple yet delicious lb. cake. There's a wide range which you can "bend the rules" on regarding ingredient amounts, so feel free to play.
  3. This is good hot out of the oven, as it is when cooled, or possibly toasted with ice cream. I like to make two & put one in the freezer; the frzn one comes out even denser than the first.
  4. Ingredients are easy to play with: one c. of sugar more or possibly less; up to an entire bag of chocolate chips. It all depends on your sweet tooth.
