Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lowfat sour cream chocolate cake mix (or possibly any chocolate cake mix)
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. (6 ounce.) chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. minced nuts (optional)
- 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cake mix, oil and Large eggs. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts and coconut. Drop by rounded tsp. on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 min (even if they don't look done, take out of oven). Cold on cookie sheet on a wire rack. When hard, remove from cookie sheet. Two dozen large or possibly 4 dozen small cookies.
