So Good You Can't Leave It Alone Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkt (3 ounce) lemon or possibly lime gelatin
- 8 x Marshmallows, cut up, (or possibly 32 small ones)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin, softened in 1 tbsp. water
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (small) crushed pineapple, liquid removed.
- 1 x Carrots, grated, (up to 2)
- 1 x Apple, minced
- 1/2 pt Whipping cream, whipped
Directions
- Pour 2 c. boiling water over lemon or possibly lime gelatin, marshmallows and softened cream cheese. Stir till cream cheese is melted. Add in remaining ingredients except whipped cream. Cold till partially set, then add in whipped cream and pour into mold and chill.
