  • 1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Coating:
  • 1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
