This spread makes a great party dip or snack for a light lunch. Great with crackers, bagel chips or pita crisps.

Directions

  1. Mash cream cheese into a small mixing bowl.
  2. Break salmon into small pieces and add to cream cheese.
  3. Add all additional ingredients and mash together until salmon is blended in and the mixture is a consistent pink color.
  4. Fold into a small serving bowl.
  5. Garnish with additional capers or green onion if desired.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to mix flavors
