Smoked Pheasant Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x 1-Gallon ziplock bag
- 2 x Cleaned Pheasant
- 1 x 18oz bottle Italian dressing
- 1/4 c. Worcheshire sauce
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
Directions
- Add in all ingredients in ziplock bag and let marinate for a day or possibly two. Three days would not hurt.
- Place on smoker till done.
