Shrimp And Scallop Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 bag cooked Success rice
- 4 lg. shrimp, cut
- 6 sea scallops, cut
- 6 med. mushrooms
- 1 sm. onion
- 4 T soy sauce
- 2 T butter
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- In butter soften onion and mushrooms. Add in shrimp and scallops. Stir till cooked. Add in rice and soy sauce, blend well.
