  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 skinned, boned chicken breasts
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • Thin green onion strips

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.
  2. Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap to flatten to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or possibly rolling pin.
  3. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Place on grill over medium-warm coals.
  4. Place chicken on rack and cook 4 min on each side, basting frequently with soy sauce mix. Transfer to serving platter and garnish with green onion.
