Sausage stuffed Chicken with spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of chicken breast
  • 3/4 cup sausage slices
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Toothpick or food thread to close the chicken slices

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 250° C or 480° F
  2. Place the olive oil and sausage slices in a pan on high heat, stir for 2 minutes, and then add the tomato and stir for 2 minutes.
  3. prepare the chicken slices, place half of the sausage on the slice.
  4. Fold the slice, and close it with food thread.
  5. Heat the same sausage pan and place the chicken in it on high heat for 2 minutes every side or till it's light brown.
  6. Place the chicken in a baking tray and cover with foil, put into the preheated oven for 20 minutes, when it's done you will see a tasty sauce that came out of it, with some of the cheese, the made a really good flavor.
  7. Gently take off the food thread, and place it in a serving plate, with spaghetti, Bon Apetit
