Quick 'N Easy Mushroom And Bacon Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 x bacon rashers, minced
  • 150 gm button mushrooms, quartered
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 pkt MAGGI Lowfat sour cream & Chives Pasta 'n More
  •     Freshly grnd black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add in the bacon and cook for 2-3 min.
  3. Add in the mushrooms and cook, stirring, for a further 2-3 min.
  4. Add in the lowfat milk, water and Pasta 'n More mix.
  5. Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer over a low heat for 4 min.
  6. Stir occasionally.
  7. Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
