  1. Boil apricots and water 15 min.Mix 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup sugar and butter till crumbly. Press into greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 min at 350.
  2. Beat large eggs, salt, brown sugar, extract, baking pwdr. Add in pecans. Pour over crumb mix. Bake 30 min at 350. Cool, cut into bars, roll into confectioners' sugar.
