  • 150-200g Prawns - shelled, cleaned and cut cubes (not too small)
  • and season with:
  • 1/8 tsp Salt & dash of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Light soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Onion - shredded
  • 3 Large eggs - lightly beaten with some light soy sauce about 1/2 tsp and dash of pepper
