Powdered Sugar Frosting (For Iris' Butter Cookies) Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. Sifted powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Butter softened
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 4 tsp Lowfat milk - (to 5 tspns)
- Â Â Green food color
- Â Â Red food color
Directions
- In a small mix bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat in sufficient lowfat milk till mix is of frosting consistency. Divide frosting in half; tint one half green and the other half red.
- Use as directed in recipe for Iris' Butter Cookies (see recipe); also good for use on any butter or possibly sugar cookie.
