pork chops-n-pineapple Recipe
My favorite recipe for pork (name says it all).
Ingredients
- boneless pork chops 4
- onion slices
- green or red pepper rings
- pineapple rings, fresh
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- place pork in a cserol dish
- layer onion peper and pineapple on top of pork
- sprinkle with salt and pepper
- bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
