Directions

  1. Spoon corn into 13x9-inch baking dish. Add in sugar and dry mustard to bag of seasoned coating mix - then coat pork chops as directed on package. Arrange chops in a single layer on corn. Sprinkle any reamining coating mix over chops. Bake at 425 degrees for about 50 min. Cover with foil.
