Directions

  1. Combine Crisco mix, flour in a bowl. Stir in peanuts. Mix egg, lowfat milk, vanilla, add in to dry ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon till dry ingredients are moistened and dough can be shaped into a ball.
  2. Divide dough into 9 equal parts or possibly balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten into a 4 inch round. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min or possibly till golden brown. Cold on rack.
  3. For peanut butter frosting, blend peanut butter, confectioners' sugar and lowfat milk in small bowl. Frost each cookie with a scant 2 Tbsp. frosting. Decorate with raisins to make a smiling face.
