Peanut Butter Chewy Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter
- 1/3 c. Butter
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. Light brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. All purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 6 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Here is a recipe for chewy brownies, they are great! Blend peanut butter and butter till smooth. Gradually add in sugars; beat till fluffy and smooth. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add in sifted flour and salt and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread in buttered 9" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min, or possibly until nicely browned in center (darker brown around edges). Cold in pan on cooling rack.
