  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 c. diced peaches, liquid removed, canned or possibly fresh
  • 12 ounce. Cold Whip
  • 1 baked pie shell, 9" reg. crust or possibly graham cracker

Directions

  1. Add in ingredients in order. Mix together. Reserve 2 Tbsp. Cold Whip for garnish. Garnish with peach slices and Cold Whip. Keep refrigerated till ready to serve.
