Directions

  1. Put the pasta on to cook.
  2. Heat the oil in a fry pan over high heat.
  3. Add in the onion, garlic and rosemary, and cook for 2 min.
  4. Add in the grated squash, salt and pepper and cook for a further 4-5 min, till the squash is cooked.
  5. Drain the pasta, toss with the yogurt and top with the squash mix.
