Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In large bowl, combine pasta, cucumber, onion, and parsley.
  2. In small bowl, whisk lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Pour over pasta mixture, toss to coat.
  3. Just before serving, sprinkle with feta cheese.
  4. (Can also mix with chicken)
