  • One Navel Orange, peeled, sectioned
  • One White Grapefruit, peeled, sectioned
  • 1 tablespoon Karo Corn Syrup
  • Two Lemons juice only
  • one tablespoon Pure Honey
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whipped Topping

Directions

  1. Add sectioned oranges and grapefruit in a mixing bowl, add corn syrup and stir, refrigerate while you make the lemon cream topping
  2. In a bowl add lemon juice, honey, whipped topping and stir well to combine.
  3. Divide fruit mixture into a bowl, garnish with fresh mint leaf and lemon Cream Topping
