• 3/4 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
• 1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
• 1/2 cup egg whites
• 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• Each miniature cheesecake sans chocolate: 62 calories, 1.7 grams fat, .6 grams fiber, 2.8 grams protein
