oatmeal dark chocolate chip cookies Recipe

These cookies are so soft and chewy, you can't tell these are healthy for you! Of course, I couldn't just make regular cookies with white flour. The whole wheat flour gives it a nutty flavor without having that full wheat taste. Adding the wheat germ gives it a nutritional boost that blends in with the batter without you ever tasting it. If you haven't heard of wheat germ, I highly recommend buying some to try it out for yourself. You can also sprinkle it on some yogurt in place of some granola. Try out this recipe for yourself and it is also kids-friendly... they will never find out how healthy they are.
