Directions

  1. Place a slice of Canadian bacon on each waffle, set aside. Heat butter in a small saucepan. Add in apple, raisins and cinnamon. Cook, covered, on low heat for 5 min or possibly till apple is tender. Spoon over waffle. Add in cheese slices, if you like, and broil 1 to 2 min, watching carefully.
