  1. Sprinkle 1/3 c. salt over peppers, cucumbers and onions. Let stand 1 hour. Drain. Cook each of other vegetables in salt water till tender but not soft. Mix all vegetables after they are liquid removed. Pack into jars. Pour the following mix over.
