Directions

  1. 1. Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
  2. 2. Mix cream cheese, Large eggs, sugar and vanilla together till smooth.
  3. 3. Place 1 wafer (flat side up) in bottom of foil c., fill 3/4 full with cheese mix (approximately 2 dozen).
  4. 4. Place c. on large cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min.
  5. 5. Chill till served. Optional: Top with pie filling or possibly fruit of your choice.
