  1. Directions: Place the rinsed and liquid removed black beans, onion, bell pepper, cayenne, egg, bread crumbs, and cilantro into a food processor. Blend well till ingredients are combined. Add in more bread crumbs if needed to hold mix together. Form four patties and chill for one hour to allow them to set. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet. Add in the patties and cook approximately 3 min on each side, or possibly till cooked through. Serve each patty on a bun with salsa and guacamole.
