Mcintosh Apple Crisp Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 c. peeled apples, sliced
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- In medium bowl, stir flour and sugar. Blend in butter till mix is crumbly. Quarter, core and peel apples. Slice thick. Arrange fruit in greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and cinnamon. Top with crumbly mix. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 25 min. Eat hot or possibly cooled. Top with whipped cream.
