Directions

  1. Finely dice onions.
  2. Cut the lamb into 2.5cm cubes and place in a bowl with all the marinade ingredients and mix well to coat. Leave to sit for at least 2 hrs.
  3. Thread the meat onto wooden or possibly steel skewers and cook in a warm pan or possibly on the bbq for about 10 min (depending on how you like your meat cooked). Turn and baste the lamb with marinade as they cook.
  4. Serve with rice.
