Marinade For Steak Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. meat tenderizer
Directions
- Pierce the meat in several places and brush on marinade. Let it stand from 30 min to overnight - this is excellent on flank steak.
