Ingredients
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chopped dry onion
- 2 tbsp. duck sauce or possibly Saucy Susan
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Place meat in marinade, turning a few times. Meat can marinade between 3 to 12 hrs.
