Marinade For Grilled Tuna Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 prt orange juice
- 1 prt teriyaki sauce chopped garlic cracked black pepper See Tuna on a Foreman Grill
Directions
- A marinade I use is equal parts orange juice and teriyaki sauce. fresh chopped garlic and plenty of cracked pepper. Marinade from 15 min to 2 hrs. Then grill 3 to 5 min per side (or possibly do both sides at once in the foreman grill). We also like to use a rub: creole or possibly a lime-pepper-garlic or possibly even mrs dash.
