  1. Grease a 13- by 9-inch baking pan. Set aside.
  2. Combine the sugar, butter, salt and lowfat milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 6 min, stirring occasionally.
  3. Combine the semisweet and sweet chocolate, marshmallow cream and nuts in a mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the sugar mix over the chocolate and beat till the chocolate is melted. Turn into the baking pan.
  5. Cold the fudge till hard, several hrs. Cut the fudge into 1-inch squares and store in an airtight container.
  6. This recipe yields 117 pcs.
