Mable's Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd chuck
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Accent
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
- 8 ounce. can Hunt's tomato sauce
- 2 strips bacon
Directions
- Mix thoroughly; put into loaf pan. Cover with two strips bacon (if you like). Pour tomato sauce over this. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
