Ingredients

  • 1 c. Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. Cooked shrimp
  • 3/4 tsp Tarragon leaves, crushed
  • 1 dsh Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Italian or possibly herb dressing
  • 1 head loose leaf lettuce, (red leaf preferred)
  • 3 x Ripe avocados
  • 1 x Basket cherry tomatoes

Directions

  1. Combine mushrooms, shrimp, tarragon, garlic and dressing. Refrigerate1 hour.
  2. Arrange lettuce leaves on individual salad plates. Peel, halve and pit avocados. Place a half-avocado on each plate, and fill with salad mix.
  3. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
  4. Serves 6
