Lazy Town Chocolate Cake with Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
- For the cake:
- 550 ml whole wheat flour
- 400 ml sugar
- 12 teaspoons cacao
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 ml oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 500 ml water
- For the frosting:
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons jam (optional)
- 5 tablespoons cacao
Directions
- For the cake:
- Blend the dry ingrediants.
- Add the liquids.
- Stir well.
- Bake in a 8x6 inch sqare or 6 inch diameter pan or about 12 cupcakes or similar at 180° for 35 minutes.
- For the frosting:
- Stir everything together until smooth.
- Smear over cooled down cake or muffins.
