  1. CRUST: Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9" diameter deep-dish glass pie plate. Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a medium bowl. Add in melted margarine and stir till well incorporated. Press graham mix proportionately into bottom and up sides of prepared dish. Bake till crust is set, about 5 min. Cold on rack.
  2. Maintain oven temperature. FUDGE LAYER: Sift flour, baking owder, and salt into medium bowl. Combine margarine, semisweet and unsweetened chocolate in top of double boiler set over simmering water. Stir till melted and smooth. Remove and cold slightly. Using electric mix, beat sugar, egg, and egg yolk in medium bowl till slightly thickened, about 1 minute. Add in vanilla and cooled chooclate mix and mix till well blended. Add in dry ingredients and mix just till combined. Pour fudge mix into crust.
  3. Bake till almost set and tester inserted into center comes out with moist batter still attached, covering crust if browning too quickly, about 17 min. Cold on rack for 10 min. Arrange Snickers pcs over fudge layer. CREAM CHEESE LAYER: Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl till smooth. Add in egg and vanilla; beat just till smooth. Carefully spread mix in pie. Bake till cream cheese layer is set, about 15 min. Cold on rack.
