Directions

  1. Combine grnd lamb, egg, green pepper, onion, soy sauce, pepper and 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice from pineapple in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Shape into 6 patties; place on rack of broiler pan.
  3. Broil, 3 inches from heat, 5 min on each side for medium and 7 minutes- utes for well done. Top each patty with a liquid removed pineapple slice; brush with additional soy sauce and broil 1 minute longer, or possibly till pineapple slices are brown.
  4. 6 servings of 223 calories each.
