Jello Pistachio Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4 serving) size Jello instant pudding mix
- 1 pkg. 2 layer size yellow cake mix
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 7 drops green food coloring optional
Directions
- Put together all ingredients blend, beat 2 min. Pour into greased and lightly floured tube pan or possibly bundt pan, bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min.
