Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4 serving) size Jello instant pudding mix
  • 1 pkg. 2 layer size yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 7 drops green food coloring optional

Directions

  1. Put together all ingredients blend, beat 2 min. Pour into greased and lightly floured tube pan or possibly bundt pan, bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min.
